As neither, Chelsey (Vermont), nor Josh (Canada) , are originally from the area, we understand how Southeast Idaho can become home. We've now lived in the area for 12 years, have bought and sold personally several times, found what we think is a forever home that needs a bunch of work, have welcomed two beauiful daughters and three golden retreivers into our family! The plan was never to end up in Idaho, but upon Chelsey's graduation from BYU-Idaho with her degree in communications, she began managing a 60 unit apartment complex, which led to a future property management position where she now manages over 1,000,000 sqft. of various commercial property.
